Do you really take 0% of my ticket sales?+
Really. If you sell 100 tickets at $40, you receive $4,000. Service and processing fees are added on top of the ticket price and paid by the buyer — they're shown transparently at checkout before purchase.
When do I get paid?+
Your revenue accumulates in your Stripe account as tickets sell, and is released to your bank automatically about 24 hours after your event ends. This protects buyers (and you) from fraud and chargebacks.
What do I need to start selling?+
A free organizer account and about five minutes of Stripe onboarding (bank details + ID verification, handled securely by Stripe). Then submit your event — most go live within 24 hours.
What about refunds and cancelled events?+
If you cancel an event, ticket buyers are refunded in full — funded from your event's held balance. Otherwise all sales are final unless you choose to approve a refund request. See our Refund Policy for details.
Are free events free?+
Completely. Free tickets cost nothing — no fees for you, no fees for your guests, and you still get QR tickets, scanning and attendee lists.
What does featuring cost?+
Featuring is optional promotion: $2.99 per day puts your event in the rotating homepage spotlight. Cancel anytime from your dashboard, and billing stops automatically once your event date passes.
